We have Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters and Exotic coded Pipe Welders who are qualified for our in-house welding procedures ( WPS) that is compliant with International & Australian Standard including ASME IX, ASME B31.3, AS/NZS 2885.2, ANS/NZS 4041, AS/NZS 3992, AS/NZS 2980, AS/NZS ISO9606.1, & AS/NZS 1554 part 1 to 6, and all other relevant code where applicable. DFZ has the capability to assist and supervise Welder’s Qualification Tests ( WQT) for project specific needs prior to site deployment and full reporting when the client requires.

He has 25 years experience in the industrial construction including, oil & gas, mining and main roads with Kevin’s knowledge he developed and manages our WHS plans and procedures for our projects.
Boilermaker by trade Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication. Elmer has 15 years hand-on experience working ship building, oil/gas, mining, power generation & marine industry as a special Class Coded Welder. Elmer has gained skills and hand-on experience in Fabrication and welding of exotic materials, such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel and all other alloy metal. Elmer can ensure to deliver the highest quality welding services quickly, safely and efficiently in accordance to your project specification, time frame and budget.
A Boilermaker/Welder by trade, Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication and Certificate IV-Engineering. He has gained his International Welding Inspector (IWIB), International Welding Practitioner (IWP) at WTIA in 2009. Alex has 30 years combined worked experience working Offshore/Onshore as a special Class or Coded Welder and Welding Inspector of exotic materials such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel, aluminium and all other alloy metal. Through his extensive knowledge, skills & expertise and advance Certification, Alex can ensure to deliver the highest quality welding services according to your project requirement, time frame and budget.
He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and a boilermaker/Welder by trade, Certificate III in Engineering- Fabrication, Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 Level 2.
