DFZ specializes in pressure and process piping packages, tank fabrication, and general steel structure works. With over 60 years of combined hands-on experience, we handle complex components and configurations for pressure piping and structural steel applications.

We ensure that all fabrication and welding activities adhere to strict QA/QC standards, providing unique deliverables and traceability. This includes daily welding records, weld/NDE maps, welding procedures, and welder IDs. All piping, tanks, and steel structures are manufactured according to client specifications and project requirements, complying with various welding acceptance codes, including International and Australian Standards, as well as applicable government regulations.

Quality and safety are embedded in everything we do. DFZ operates comprehensive QA/QC systems that include Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection Test Reports (ITRs), MDR documentation, certified welding inspection, and full material traceability. Our procedures comply with relevant Australian, International, API, and ASME standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and reliable project outcomes.
