VALMEC has requested coded welders from DFZ to work on their pipeline expansion and hot-tapping project at ATCO East Perth Power Station.
DFZ has supplied the required manpower and tooling (welding generators, equipment and accessories). We have also provided the Welder’s Qualification Record (WQR) and ensured each personnel were qualified.
All welded joints were subjected to NDT. We are proud to have accomplished and passed the project specifications.
Recruitment, Kevin has the qualification of Diploma of Work Health Safety. He has extensive knowledge in WHS Act/Regulation. He has 25 years experience in the industrial construction including, oil & gas, mining and main roads with Kevin’s knowledge he developed and manages our WHS plans and procedures for our projects.
Boilermaker by trade Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication. Elmer has 15 years hand-on experience working ship building, oil/gas, mining, power generation & marine industry as a special Class Coded Welder. Elmer has gained skills and hand-on experience in Fabrication and welding of exotic materials, such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel and all other alloy metal. A Boilermaker/Welder by trade, Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication and Certificate IV-Engineering. Alex has 30 years combined worked experience working Offshore/Onshore as a special Class or Coded Welder and Welding Inspector of exotic materials such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel, aluminium and all other alloy metal.
