Elmer has 15 years hand-on experience working ship building, oil/gas, mining, power generation & marine industry as a special Class Coded Welder. Elmer has gained skills and hand-on experience in Fabrication and welding of exotic materials, such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel and all other alloy metal. A Boilermaker/Welder by trade, Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication and Certificate IV-Engineering. He has gained his International Welding Inspector (IWIB), International Welding Practitioner (IWP) at WTIA in 2009. Alex has 30 years combined worked experience working Offshore/Onshore as a special Class or Coded Welder and Welding Inspector of exotic materials such as Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Titanium, Inconel, Monel, Chrome-moly, Coper Nickel, aluminium and all other alloy metal. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and a boilermaker/Welder by trade, Certificate III in Engineering- Fabrication, Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 Level 2.
