Also DFZ provide in-house General Steel Fabrication/ Welding Services in our workshop facilities and Onsite – Exotic Mobile Fabrication-Welding Services for all types of welding processes with a variety of exotic alloy materials with exceptional quality from our Labour Hire Team.
We have Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters and Exotic coded Pipe Welders who are qualified for our in-house welding procedures ( WPS) that is compliant with International & Australian Standard including ASME IX, ASME B31.3, AS/NZS 2885.2, ANS/NZS 4041, AS/NZS 3992, AS/NZS 2980, AS/NZS ISO9606.1, & AS/NZS 1554 part 1 to 6, and all other relevant code where applicable. DFZ has the capability to assist and supervise Welder’s Qualification Tests ( WQT) for project specific needs prior to site deployment and full reporting when the client requires.
DFZ Labour Hire is a “One Stop Shop” for all of your site and project needs, we can recruit, manage and supply trade qualified people with complete packages such as Tooling Containers, Gang Boxes, fully equipped Trailer and Mobile Truck Set-ups.
