We are operated 24/7 to suit your needs from Short Term or Long Term Hire for your periodic maintenance, shutdown or construction projects requirements.
Also DFZ provide in-house General Steel Fabrication and Welding Services in our workshop facilities and Onsite – Exotic Mobile Fabrication-Welding Services for all types of welding processes and variety of exotic alloy materials with exceptional quality welding to Support our Labour Hire Team.
We have Boilermaker, Pipe Fitter and Exotic coded Pipe Welder are qualified to our in-house welding procedure ( WPS) that is compliant with International & Australian Standard including ASME IX, ASME B31.3, AS/NZS 2885.2, ANS/NZS 4041, AS/NZS 3992, AS/NZS 2980, AS/NZS ISO9606.1, & AS/NZS 1554 part 1 to 6, and all other relevant code where applicable. DFZ has a capability to assist and supervise for Welder’s Qualification Test ( WQT) for project specific prior deployment to site and full reporting where client is required.
DFZ Labour Hire is a “One Stop Shop” for all of your site and project requirements, we can recruit, manage and supply trade qualified people with complete packages such as Tooling Container, Gang Box, Trailer and Mobile Truck Set-up are fully equipped with the power & hand tools for the job.
